Hi Tania, how are you this week? What do you do at Trinity Laban Health?
I’m a Physiotherapist here at Trinity Laban Health.
Tell us about your background? Have you always been a Physiotherapist? How did you get into it?
I have been a Physiotherapist since 2008; however I have a background in dance doing Ballet and Jazz for twenty years. Since undergoing my Physiotherapy Degree I have gained an interest in injuries occurring in both dancers and musicians.
What are the three main benefits of the treatment?

- Improve function and performance
What do you love about treating at Trinity Laban Health?
I enjoy working with dancers and musicians, being involved in the training and progress of students. We have a good health team here where we can work with both students and people of the community and general public.
Describe yourself in three words?
- Easily distracted
What is the best way to look after your body?
General exercise and being active. Yoga and Pilates are good ways to help the body.
What is your favourite ‘healthy’ food?
If you could meet anyone who would it be?
